I didn’t receive any setting for my handset what I should do?

Dalili portal sends settings automatically for your every handset which you didn’t use before (Dalili keeps record of your last 5 handsets used). There is limit of 3 requests for settings per day.

My internet and WAP/MMS doesn’t work what I should do?

Log in to Dalili Self-Care Portal where you can request settings for your handset or contact Customer Service at 1234.

How to backup contacts on Android and IOS ?

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Contacts app Contacts app.
  2. Tap Menu Menu and then Settings and then Export.
  3. Choose one or more accounts to export contacts from.
  4. Tap Export to .VCF file.

On your iPhone, 

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud. 
  2. Turn on Contacts.
  3. When you're asked if you want to Merge or Cancel, tap Merge.

All of the information stored in Contacts uploads to iCloud.
